In 2016, Wilson Binkley was retained to provide a wide range of graphic design and marketing services to promote United Airlines’ flight service for Lea County to local and out-of-state business and recreational travelers. Targeted markets included Lea County, Houston TX, Midland TX, Lafayette/New Orleans LA, and Denver CO. In addition, a public relations campaign was executed to promote direct flights into the oil fields of Lea County from Houston and Denver that utilized multiple trade publications nationally and internationally. The campaign succeeded in increasing the flight-load levels by 20% in about
18 months, exceeding FlyHobbs’ goals by over 5%.
